Sunscreen for Hair

Always a huge fan of sunscreen, my latest obssession is L'Oreal's EverPure UV Spray. It can be used on wet or dry hair, and is lightweight so it doesn't weigh hair down. It has really helped to keep my color from fading this summer. Weeks later, my highlights are still fresh and vibrant; if it wasn't for the dark roots, I wouldn't even need to get my hair done yet.

Colorescience Sunblock

I was recently on a multi-day walk where I thought everyone would be low maintanance; wanting to fit in, I didn't bring any makeup--I was the only one who left it at home. Thank goodness for Colorscience Sunforgettable SPF 30 Brush in Perfectly Clear Matte. It's a great sunblock for summer. It is extremely water proof and easy to apply, and has the bonus of being a physical sunblock, meaning that it won't sting if it gets in your eyes like chemical sunscreen does--it also physically blocks the sun, instead of just screening it. Also, it has a slight tint of color, which absolutely saved me in the pictures from the walk. Next time I'm packing makeup, but I'm definitely still bringing the sunblock powder.
